- Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will receive an update on your application’s status. Should payment not be received by the application deadline date of August 1, your booth application will be void.
- All food booths MUST submit fill out and return the attached VCH temporary food permit attached at the bottom of this form. Each booth must have a minimum of one person with Food Safe training, and permits will not be issued before inspection. VCH permit applications must also abide by the August 1 deadline date. Restaurants may make an application for permits to sell alcohol in a sidewalk café. Any “beer garden” will require permits and additional insurance.
- All food vendors must provide and maintain garbage/recycling containers in and around their booths. Garbage must be taken with you.
- There is no fee for entertainers at the Street Party, however, we do need to collect a $50 deposit from any new entertainers to the Fesitval, to ensure space is utilized during the event. Your deposit will be returned to you once confirmation of your participation has been noted.
- Booths requiring electricity must make suitable arrangements with a Marine Area business in advance, or bring their own generator. Organizers of the event will not make such arrangements on behalf of exhibitors.

What types of vendors are you looking for?
We welcome all types of vendors! Retail, food and entertainment vendors tend to shine brightest at events like this. If you sell, serve or entertain, there is a spot for you. This is a party. Bring your best.
How do I apply to become a vendor?
Easy. Click “Become a Vendor,” fill out the form and submit your payment. No hoops, no fuss.
How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
Once your application and payment go through, you will receive a confirmation. Good to know: the festival committee, made up of members from the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, reserves the right to decline any vendor. In this case, you will hear from us and your payment will be returned in full.If you do not hear back after your initial confirmation, you’re in! We will reach out closer to the event with your assigned location. No news is genuinely good news here.
Is there an application deadline?
Yes! Get your application in by August 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm. After that, the door closes.
Can I apply for multiple booth spaces?
Absolutely. Multiple spaces are available, though additional costs apply. Our team will reach out to walk through the details with you.One thing to note: large or multi-space setups are not guaranteed first choice on location. Good things come to those who plan ahead.
What happens if my application is not approved?
A member of the Festivals committee will reach out personally to let you know and ensure any payments are returned to you promptly.
What does the vendor fee include?
Your fee secures a guaranteed set-up location, and puts you in front of hundreds of attendees who are there to shop, eat and have a great time. Think of your fee as your ticket to the party, with purpose.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of application.Lock in your spot and let us handle the rest.
Are refunds available if I can’t attend?
Vendor fees are non-refundable. We know, life happens. You are welcome to submit a request for consideration, but no guarantees are made. The best plan? Mark your calendar and show up.
What time is setup and teardown?
Setup begins at 4 pm. The street will be closed to through traffic, so please be mindful of the space and your fellow vendors getting settled. Teardown starts at 10 pm. You are welcome to pack up before then.Here is the important part: no vehicles are permitted on or off the street until the 10 pm window. This keeps our volunteers and pedestrians safe as the evening wraps up. Please honour this one.
What happens if it rains?
The party goes on, rain, wind or shine. Come prepared for whatever the weather brings. We will see you out there!
